1 pint of pumpkin
1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar
4 teaspoons of pumpkin spice (the recipe I took this from used cinnamon, cloves, allspice, ginger and mace individually, but I just use the pumpkin spice).
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
2 deep pie shells (you could make your own and it would be even better)
Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix with a blender. Pour into the pie shells.
Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and then 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. I put a fork in the middle of the pies and if nothing comes out on the fork then it is done.
Eat and enjoy!
