Half a pound of various chicken pieces cut up into 1/2" cubes or chunks
Homemade chicken broth
6 carrots diced
5 celery stalks diced
1 onion diced
5 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
5 shakes of Bragg organic sprinkles
3 shakes of Tony Chacheres
Salt & pepper to taste
1. Put all the chicken, vegetables, and spices into a crock pot. Then cover with homemade chicken broth.
2. Cook all day on low. We did 8 hours or more.
That was it. It was a simple way to use the leftovers. I had bought some gluten free noodles to add at some point, but we didn't get that done. It was a good meal for us. I hope you enjoy.
