Individual circular piece of flat bread (she buys these from the bread section of the grocery)
Pizza sauce (we have also used marinara when we were in a bind)
Toppings of your choice (we use pepperoni, ground beef, sausage, onions, peppers, olives)
Cheese of your choice
Layout the flat bread on a cookie sheet. Top with sauce, toppings, and cheese. Bake at 350 until it's like you like it. We find it to be around 10-12 minutes. We will typically buy a gluten free pizza crust for our youngest son Levi and these tend to cook faster in the 8-10 minute range.
It is an easy dinner idea and limits the amount of bread you eat if you are in to that sort of diet.
